Opportunity brief
SnakeRoll is a human-sized, interactive strategy board game inspired by Snake and Ladder, redesigned around HR, leadership, and business management. Four teams can play simultaneously, with each team consisting of 4-5 members. Teams compete on a 20-square board using team pins and a custom dice, progressing through four levels: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Difficult.
Before the game begins, teams participate in a Corporate Auction, using ₹1,00,000 in fake game currency to bid for strategic advantage cards and save currency for permitted hints.
As teams progress, they face a variety of time-bound questions and challenges covering HR, leadership, business, management, and corporate knowledge. The game tests knowledge, teamwork, communication, strategy, and decision-making under pressure.
Rules
- Four teams of 4-5 members can play simultaneously.
- Teams roll the custom dice and move their pin accordingly.
- "Better Luck Next Time" means a skipped turn.
- Each square has a time-bound challenge.
- Red Boxes impose penalties unless Immunity is used.
- Fake game currency may be used for permitted hints and advantages.
- Ticket to Finale can be used after crossing Level 10, as per its conditions.
- Reaching Square 20 unlocks the Final Challenge.
- The winner is the team with the highest cumulative score.
- In case of a tie, the fastest Final Challenge completion wins.
