Leading Edge is an individual corporate simulation in which participants explore an organisation's history and values, develop role-specific strategies, and respond to a crisis under media scrutiny.
Opportunity Rounds
Round 1 – Corporate Quiz (Online)
- An online quiz tests business knowledge and corporate awareness and serves as the preliminary stage.
Round 2 – The Legacy Challenge (Offline)
- Each participant is assigned a company and a corporate role.
- Through an individual presentation, they examine the company's history, achievements, values, and contribution, then propose practical strategies to continue its legacy.
Round 3 – Crisis Press Conference (Offline)
- Participants respond to a crisis brief by preparing a printed press release and representing their assigned corporate role in a live press conference. They answer challenging questions and may face an unexpected development, testing clarity, accountability, and composure.
A printed copy of the press release must be brought for the final round.
