About the Company:
Wortham digital creative agency is looking for a confident and organized Telecaller to support vendor coordination, business outreach, and client communication activities. The role will involve speaking with vendors and prospective leads, maintaining timely communication, and helping the team move conversations forward in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Complete and coordinate vendor registration forms with accuracy.
- Make calls to new leads, understand their requirements, and share relevant information.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars with vendors, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct timely follow-ups before and after meetings to track next steps.
- Send payment reminders and maintain clear records of follow-up status.
- Assist with preparing and coordinating contracts as required.
- Keep call, lead, meeting, and follow-up details updated for effective team coordination.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer communication, lead generation, inside sales, or a related role; freshers may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to organize multiple follow-ups, schedule meetings, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with maintaining records and handling routine business communication.
- Confidence, patience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000.
