Role Description:
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls/emails.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Drive student admissions and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Assist students with documentation and guide them through the admission process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduation.
- 0-2 years in sales/Inside sales or counselling.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required and any one regional language (Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, or Bengali) is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Must have Android phone.
