Urban Company Limited is hiring for its growing InstaHelp business in Hyderabad. This role offers an opportunity to work with a leading consumer technology platform while building practical experience in field sales, business development, partner acquisition, and marketplace operations. Responsibilities
- Scout and identify prospective service partners across assigned areas of Hyderabad.
- Meet potential partners in the field and clearly explain the InstaHelp opportunity.
- Drive partner onboarding, documentation, activation, and successful go-live on the platform.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.
- Achieve monthly partner acquisition and activation targets through consistent field activity.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and provide timely follow-up throughout the onboarding journey.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with field sales, local travel, and meeting people on the ground.
- Energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a field-based role.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be below 30 years of age.
- Prior experience in business development, field sales, partner acquisition, or customer-facing roles is useful but not mandatory.
Compensation: ₹30,000 monthly in-hand salary, ₹3,000 travel allowance, and performance-based incentives of up to ₹75,000. Successful performers can receive performance-based promotions and meaningful career growth opportunities.
