About the Company
ROCK TECH INDIA is hiring a Collection Executive – Field Work for its Hyderabad office, with the position based in the Jeedimetla area. This full-time opportunity is suited to candidates who are comfortable meeting customers, travelling extensively, coordinating digital payments, and maintaining accurate daily records. Candidates from outside Hyderabad may also apply if they are willing to travel extensively for the role.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and scheduled payments through calls and field visits.
- Travel to customer locations and carry out payment collection activities professionally and responsibly.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to facilitate online payments and resolve basic payment-related issues.
- Maintain clear records of collections, follow-ups, visits, and outstanding payment status.
- Submit accurate daily reports covering field activity, customer interactions, and collection progress.
- Plan travel efficiently and remain available for extensive travel as required by business needs.
- Communicate payment updates and collection concerns promptly to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Applicants should be willing to undertake extensive travel for customer visits and payment collection.
- Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and basic reporting skills are expected.
- Prior experience in collections, field operations, sales, customer service, or a related role will be considered based on interview performance and experience.
- Male candidates are preferred for this field-based position.
- Candidates residing outside Hyderabad may apply if they are willing to travel extensively for the role.
- Compensation will be offered in the range of ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on interview performance and relevant experience.
Petrol and travel allowance will be provided as applicable for the role. The selected candidate will work full time and contribute directly to consistent customer follow-up, timely payment realization, and dependable field reporting.
