About the Company
Prohash Technologies is seeking a dependable SMT Operator to support its electronics manufacturing and production operations in Bangalore. The role offers an opportunity to work with a focused production team in a quality-driven environment where precision, safety, and consistent output are valued.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor surface-mount technology equipment in line with production schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Set up feeders, load components, verify machine parameters, and support smooth line changeovers.
- Inspect assembled boards for placement, soldering, and other production-quality issues.
- Record production information, report equipment abnormalities, and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams.
- Follow ESD controls, workplace safety practices, 5S standards, and approved quality processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as an SMT Operator or in electronics manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of SMT lines, component handling, PCB assembly, and basic production troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline in following process instructions, and readiness to work in a production environment.
- Ability to collaborate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to meet daily targets.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with monthly compensation of ₹20,000–₹30,000.
