Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Topic Selection: Research trending financial conversations, platform algorithms, and audience demand to select high-potential video angles.
- Format Ownership: Design and test distinct video formats, determining whether a subject works best as a deep-dive breakdown, a story-driven narrative, or a visual experiment.
- Hook & Packaging Strategy: Define the title, thumbnail concept, and first 30 seconds of every video before writing begins, ensuring high click-through rates and early retention.
- Feedback Loops: Analyze video retention graphs and engagement metrics alongside performance data to double down on winning concepts and drop what fails.
- Concept Outlining: Write core narrative structures, detailed concept briefs, and key story beats for scriptwriters and production teams.
- Platform Logic: Apply platform psychology to every video structure, ensuring complex financial topics remain clear, engaging, and simple for the viewer.
- Speed to Execution: Identify breaking financial trends and translate them into ready-to-produce video concepts within hours.
