PhonePe is hiring for the role of Associate Manager - Business Finance!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Preparing and owning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), month plans, and outlooks. - Conduct detailed variance analysis against plan and business targets to highlight the gaps and key drivers. - Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate ROI, track channel-wise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and optimize acquisition budgets - Driving business profitability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve unit economics and optimize costs. - Identify key levers for business growth and partner with business stakeholders to drive implementation. - Oversee pricing structures while enforcing strict data governance to ensure rate-card compliance and margin protection - Partnering with the Financial Controllership team to ensure accurate financial representation of the business
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in business finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or corporate accounting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
- Preferred: Experience in process automation initiative
