Responsibilities of the Intern:

Source and screen candidates for Tech roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions.
Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
Support tech hiring drives, including weekend drives, as required.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.
Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Ability to understand basic technical job requirements.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
