Roles:
You will support OBAOL Supreme in building and maintaining relationships with operators, service providers, suppliers, warehouses, labs, logistics partners, packaging units, and other execution-side participants in the agro trade ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate with assigned operators or service providers.
- Collect basic details, service capabilities, pricing indicators, location coverage, availability, and documentation status
- Maintain professional follow-up and relationship updates in the assigned tracking system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand operator suitability for current or future requirements.
- Support onboarding, verification, and communication flow with relevant operators.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willing to take initiatives and comfortable in a start up environment
- Confidence in conducting phone calls, follow-ups, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to collect, verify, and maintain accurate operational and business information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn about agro trade operations, supply chains, logistics, laboratory services, warehousing, and related service ecosystems.
