Samadhaan - The Case Study Competition at Sankalp 11.0 is designed to test your analytical acumen, business judgment, and problem-solving skills through real-world business cases. Participants will evaluate complex situations, identify critical challenges, and develop practical, data-driven solutions while demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and strategic decision-making.

General Guidelines

  • The competition consists of three rounds.
  • Rounds 1 and 2 will be conducted online, while the Grand Finale will be held offline at ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad.
  • Team Size: 1 to 3 members.
  • All team members must belong to the same institute.
  • There is no limit on the number of teams from an institute.
  • A participant can register for this event only once and cannot be a member of multiple teams. Any violation will lead to disqualification.
  • The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters.
  • The prize money, along with any applicable Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) reimbursement, will be credited only to the registered Team Leader's bank account. The organizing committee will not be responsible for the distribution of the amount among team members.
  • Certificates will be awarded only to the Winners, Runners-up, and National Finalists.

Event Format

Round 1: Online Quiz

  • This is an elimination round.
  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • Total Questions: 20 multiple-choice questions
  • The Team Leader will attempt the quiz on behalf of the team.
  • There is no negative marking.
  • Participants can review and modify their answers before final submission.

Round 2: Case Study Submission

  • Shortlisted teams will receive a business case study.
  • Teams must analyse the case and submit their solutions as a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) through Unstop.
  • Slide limit: Maximum of 8 slides, excluding the Welcome and Thank You slides.

Round 3: Grand Finale

  • The final round will be conducted offline at ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad.
  • Shortlisted teams will present their case analysis before the judging panel.
  • Each team will have 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for the Q&A session.
  • The PPT submitted in Round 2 will be used for the final presentation. No modifications will be permitted after submission.
