General Guidelines
- Team Size: 1 to 3 members
- The competition is open to undergraduate students of any discipline and postgraduate management students.
- All team members must belong to the same institute.
- There is no limit on the number of teams from an institute.
- A participant can be a member of only one team.
- No changes to the team composition will be permitted after registration.
- The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters.
- The prize money, along with any applicable Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) reimbursement, will be credited only to the registered Team Leader's bank account. The organizing committee will not be responsible for the distribution of the amount among team members.
- Certificates will be awarded only to the Winners, Runners-up, and National Finalists.
Event Format
Round 1: Abstract Submission
Participants must submit a one-page abstract of their business plan in PDF format.
Submission Guidelines
- File format: PDF
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 pt
- Line Spacing: 1
- Margins: Normal (2.54 cm on all sides)
- File naming format: TeamName_TeamLeaderName.pdf
The abstract should clearly address:
- The problem or opportunity being addressed
- The proposed solution, product, or service
- The revenue model
Shortlisted teams will be notified via email or phone.
Round 2: Executive Summary Submission
Teams shortlisted from Round 1 must submit an Executive Summary of their business plan in PDF format.
The Executive Summary should include:
- Cover Page (Company Name, College Name, Team Members, and Team Leader's Contact Information)
- Overview of the Business Model
- Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Intellectual Property Status (if applicable)
- Competitor Analysis
- Management Team and Advisors
- Value Proposition
- Customer and Market Analysis

Round 3: Final Presentation
- Shortlisted teams will present their business plans offline at ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad before an expert panel.
- Detailed instructions for the final presentation will be shared with the qualifying teams via email.
