As the flagship event of Sankalp 11.0, organized by the PGDM-ABM students of ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (ICAR-NAARM), Adhishtatha is more than just a competition. It is a platform to discover your strengths, sharpen your managerial skills, and demonstrate your ability to lead with confidence and purpose.

General Guidelines
- The competition is open to all management students.
- Individual participation only.
- Only one registration per participant is permitted. Multiple registrations will lead to disqualification.
- There is no limit on the number of participants from an institute.
- The decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding in all matters.
- Certificates will be awarded only to the Winners and National Finalists.
Event Format
Round 1: Online Quiz
- Duration: 20 minutes
- Total Questions: 20
- Participants can navigate freely between questions.
- There is no negative marking.
Round 2: Treasure Hunt
- Only participants shortlisted from Round 1 will qualify for this round.
- Participants must solve a series of clues to reach the final destination.
- 10 questions will be asked. Clues will be shared through the official Instagram handle @pgdm_abm_icar_naarm.
- Participants cannot navigate between questions once submitted.
Round 3: Case Analysis
- A business case study will be released on the scheduled date.
- Participants must submit their solutions as a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) through Unstop.
- Prepare 3 slides for Scenario 1 and 3 slides for Scenario 2.
- Slide limit: Maximum of 8 slides, excluding the Welcome and Thank You slides. The presentation must include 1 slide each for Case Facts and Conclusion.
- File naming format: ParticipantName_CollegeName
Round 4: Grand Finale
- Shortlisted participants will compete in a series of activities designed to assess their managerial competence, leadership qualities, communication skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. This round will be conducted offline at ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad.

- Team Sankalp, ICAR-NAARM reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, cancel, or extend any stage of the competition at its sole discretion. The decision of the evaluation committee regarding all aspects of the competition shall be final and binding.
