- Analytica - The Data Analysis Challenge at Sankalp 11.0 is designed to test analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and data-driven decision-making skills. Participants will transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, identify hidden patterns, and develop evidence-based solutions to real-world business challenges.
- Whether it's interpreting trends, drawing strategic conclusions, or presenting actionable recommendations, Analytica provides the perfect platform to showcase your ability to convert raw data into impactful business decisions.
General Guidelines:
- The competition consists of three rounds.
- Rounds 1 and 2 will be conducted online, while the Grand Finale will be held offline at ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad.
- Team size: 2-3 members.
- All team members must belong to the same institute.
- There is no limit on the number of teams from an institute.
- A participant can be a member of only one team. Multiple registrations will lead to disqualification.
- Participants must adhere to the timelines specified for each round.
- Teams must bring their own laptops, chargers, dongles, USB drives, and calculators for the final round, if required.
- All participants must carry a valid college ID card or a bonafide certificate issued by their institute.
- The decision of the organizing committee and judging panel will be final and binding in all matters.
- Certificates will be awarded only to the Winners, Runners-up, and National Finalists.
Event Format:
Round 1 - Online Quiz
- This is an elimination round.
- Duration: 20 minutes.
- Total Questions: 20 multiple-choice questions.
- The Team Leader will attempt the quiz on behalf of the team.
- Participants can review and modify their answers before final submission.
Round 2 - Data Analysis Submission
- A business case or dataset will be shared with the shortlisted teams.
- Teams must analyze the dataset and prepare a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) highlighting their methodology, analytical approach, key findings, and recommendations.
- Maximum of 5 content slides, excluding the Introduction and Thank You slides.
- The final presentation must be uploaded to Unstop in PDF format.
- File naming format: ANALYTICA_TeamName_TeamLeaderName.
Round 3 - Grand Finale
- The final round will be conducted offline at ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad.
- Shortlisted teams will present their analysis before the judging panel.
- Participants will be evaluated on their analytical approach, interpretation of data, business insights, presentation skills, and the practicality of their recommendations.
