About the Role: LearnDepth Academy LLP is looking for passionate Machine Learning Trainers to conduct live online sessions for students enrolled in its Machine Learning Internship Program. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging live classes, simplifying complex Machine Learning concepts, guiding students through hands-on implementations, and helping them build practical, industry-relevant skills. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching and mentoring aspiring AI/ML professionals. Responsibilities: Conduct live online Machine Learning training sessions as per the curriculum. Explain Machine Learning concepts with practical examples and real-world applications. Teach Python, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model building, and model evaluation. Demonstrate hands-on coding during live sessions. Create and refine training materials, assignments, and coding exercises. Design mini-projects and guide students in implementing them. Resolve students' technical queries during and after sessions. Track student progress and encourage active participation. Share industry best practices and project development methodologies. Coordinate with the internship and mentorship team to ensure smooth program delivery. Recommend curriculum improvements based on student feedback. Maintain professionalism and deliver interactive, engaging training sessions. Requirements: Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals. Proficiency in Python. Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib. Basic knowledge of Deep Learning is an added advantage. Good communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to dedicate approximately 5–8 hours per week. Experience conducting online technical training is preferred. Hands-on experience building Machine Learning projects. Familiarity with Git and GitHub. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
