About the Role: LearnDepth Academy LLP is looking for passionate Machine Learning Mentors to guide and support students enrolled in its Machine Learning Internship Program. This is a mentorship-focused role where you will help interns throughout their learning journey by reviewing their work, resolving technical queries, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed successfully. If you enjoy mentoring aspiring Machine Learning engineers and want to build leadership and mentoring experience, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: Mentor a batch of Machine Learning interns throughout the program. Conduct weekly online mentoring sessions. Review project progress and provide constructive feedback. Help students resolve technical challenges. Coordinate project milestones and deadlines. Track attendance, progress, and submissions. Encourage best coding practices and proper project documentation. Evaluate final projects and provide improvement suggestions. Coordinate with the LearnDepth team regarding student progress. Motivate students and encourage active participation. Requirements: Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Python. Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib. Basic understanding of Deep Learning is an added advantage. Good communication and mentoring skills. Responsible and committed throughout the program. Ability to dedicate approximately 5–8 hours per week. Experience in completing Machine Learning projects. Experience in mentoring, teaching, or leading teams is an added advantage.
