About Learndepth Hire: LearnDepth Hire is an interview preparation and career-readiness initiative by LearnDepth Academy LLP. We help students, freshers and job seekers prepare for HR interviews through realistic mock interviews, personalized feedback and dedicated HR mentorship. Role Overview: We are looking for HR Interns who are interested in interviewing, mentoring and working directly with candidates. This is NOT primarily an HR recruitment or sourcing role. As an HR Intern, you will be involved in our candidate interview-preparation process — conducting mock HR interviews, identifying improvement areas, providing structured feedback and helping candidates prepare for their next interview. Key Responsibilities: Conduct structured HR mock interviews for candidates. Evaluate candidates on communication, confidence, answer structure, professionalism and overall interview readiness. Provide clear and constructive feedback after mock interviews. Identify individual strengths and areas requiring improvement. Mentor assigned candidates during their preparation journey. Help candidates prepare for common, behavioral and situational HR questions. Guide candidates with self-introduction, strengths & weaknesses, resume-based questions, salary discussions and other HR interview scenarios. Help candidates improve their responses without encouraging scripted or memorized answers. Conduct follow-up/re-evaluation mock interviews where assigned. Maintain basic candidate feedback and interview records. Coordinate professionally with the LearnDepth Hire team regarding candidate progress and scheduling. Who Can Apply? We welcome: HR / MBA / BBA / B.Com students or graduates Aspiring HR professionals Candidates interested in interviewing and mentoring Freshers looking for practical HR exposure Individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous professional HR experience is NOT mandatory. Important: This internship involves direct interaction with candidates.
