Roles: As an HR Interview & Mentorship Intern, you will work directly with students and job seekers by conducting realistic HR mock interviews, evaluating their interview performance, mentoring them throughout their preparation journey, and helping them improve before attending real interviews. Responsibilities: Conduct structured HR mock interviews. Evaluate candidates based on communication, confidence, professionalism, and interview performance. Provide personalized and constructive feedback after each interview. Mentor assigned candidates between interview stages. Guide candidates on self-introductions, HR questions, resume discussions, behavioral questions, situational questions, and salary negotiations. Help candidates identify strengths and improvement areas. Conduct follow-up mock interviews to measure candidate improvement. Maintain interview reports and candidate progress records.
