Responsibilities
- Understand US staffing and recruitment requirements and support the complete sourcing cycle.
- Identify, engage, screen, and coordinate with suitable candidates through relevant channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, follow up consistently, and share timely updates with the internal team.
- Work in night shifts to align with US business hours and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally during candidate interactions and recruitment discussions.
Requirements
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
- Basic recruitment knowledge and an understanding of candidate screening are necessary.
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Ability to work onsite from the Indore office and comfortably work night shifts.
