About the Company:

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders across Gandhinagar and Mehsana.
- Present the organization's diagnostic services clearly and professionally, explaining relevant benefits, processes, and service offerings.
- Generate leads, conduct regular field visits, follow up with prospects, and achieve assigned business targets.
- Coordinate with internal laboratory, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of client queries.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, opportunities, and market feedback using the prescribed reporting process.
- Track local healthcare trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements, and share useful insights with the team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, diagnostic services, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel locally and manage field activities across Gandhinagar and Mehsana.
- A target-oriented, organized, and customer-focused approach to work.
- Basic proficiency in maintaining reports and using digital communication tools.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a fixed monthly salary of ₹22,000. The role is suited to a motivated professional who can represent healthcare services responsibly and build lasting partnerships within the medical community.
