Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator & Reel Editor who can manage social media content while creating engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars based on client requirements and marketing objectives.
- Understand clients' needs, brand identity, target audience, and communication style.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, trailers, promotional videos, and social media creatives.
- Develop engaging concepts, hooks, captions, and short-form video ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content.
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, editing, voiceovers, and content creation.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging social media content.
- Good understanding of content calendar planning and execution.
- Ability to understand and translate client requirements into relevant content.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and AI content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong sense of storytelling, transitions, pacing, music, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.
