About the Company:
Adecco Group is hiring for a Field Engineer opportunity in the telecom industry. This role is designed for freshers who are eager to begin their careers in field operations, network support, and telecommunications services while developing strong practical and customer-facing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned sites and support the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of telecom equipment and infrastructure.
- Perform routine field checks, identify faults, document observations, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Follow engineering drawings, operating procedures, safety guidelines, and service-quality standards during field activities.
- Maintain accurate service reports, update work status, and communicate progress to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with troubleshooting connectivity, hardware, and site-level issues as required.
Requirements:
- Suitable for freshers with an interest in telecom field engineering and technical operations.
- Strong willingness to learn, travel to assigned locations, and work in field environments.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications, electronics, electrical systems, or networking will be useful.
- Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and reporting skills.
- The role is full-time and in-office/field-based in Chennai, with an annual fixed CTC of ₹3,80,000.
