About the Company
ZopSmart is hiring a Scrum Master to support high-performing teams and strengthen delivery practices across technology and business initiatives. The role offers exposure to varied projects and stakeholders across industries in a collaborative work-from-office environment in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments while tracking risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Partner with product managers, project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to maintain alignment and predictable delivery.
- Monitor sprint progress, support backlog readiness, and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in Scrum Master, project management, product management, or business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, facilitation, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work from the Bangalore office and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in any industry is welcome.
This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity with an annual compensation range of ₹8,00,000 to ₹9,00,000.
