It's time to put your design skills to the ultimate test. MESA-MESC presents CAD COMBAT—a 3-day high-stakes engineering design showdown where speed meets industrial precision!
Event Mode:
- The event will be conducted in online mode.
- Your WebCam, Screen Recording will be used to capture your movement.
- Questions will be provided on Whatsapp group.
Mode of Submission:
- Google form will be provided which will be open only during the time of the competition i.e., during that 1hr, after that it will be closed.
- Each participant have to submit their Part file on the Google form provided Google form will also consist of some MCQ based problems related to the model, like CG, Volume and Mass of the model.
Software to Use:
- You can use any software you are familiar or comfortable with to design the parts.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Evaluation will be based on Time, Part/model and MCQ.
- Each participant has to submit their all part design and answer the question within the time given or else you will be eliminated from the competition.
- Anybody found doing any malpractices during the event will be directly eliminated.
- Those who submitted their part design and MCQ answers on time will be considered for further evaluation.
- For every correct answer of Mass, participant will get 1 point.
- For every correct answer of Volume, participant will get 2 points.
- For every correct answer of CG Coordinates, participants will get 2 points.
Submission:
- Submit the following within the time limit:
- Native CAD file (e.g., .sldprt)
- Exported neutral file (.stp or .iges)
- Screenshot of the model with mass/volume properties visible
- Submissions will be made via Google Form/Competition Portal.
Code of Conduct:
- Maintain professionalism during the event.
- Respect fellow participants and coordinators.
- Any kind of misconduct, offensive behavior, or malpractice will result in disqualification.
Results & Certification:
- E-Certificated of Prestigious Gov. Engineering College of Maharashtra will be provided to each participants.
- Top performers will receive special recognition and prizes.
