Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding insurance products and services.
- Understand customer needs, explain relevant offerings, and respond to basic queries accurately.
- Maintain call records, update customer information, and follow up on interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to support lead conversion and service quality.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and customer engagement goals while following company communication standards.
Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Nungambakkam, Chennai, with a monthly fixed salary of ₹20,000 and an additional ₹5,000 incentive component.
