Auction Arena: Build. Bid. Disrupt.

Step into the shoes of corporate leaders in a high-stakes business and auction simulation. In Auction Arena, your team takes control of a corporation operating in a mystery industry and competing in real time against rival firms to acquire high-value assets, manage capital, and out strategize the room.
Every corporation begins with equal capital, but cash alone will not decide the winner. Teams don't just bid with money; you are equipped with secret Action Cards that let you directly influence the auction, sabotage your competitors, and disrupt the market. Survive the bidding floor, build a high-synergy portfolio, and qualify for the final boardroom round to defend your strategy in front of an expert panel of judges.
Event Structure & Format
Phase 1: Build (The Reveal)
- Teams open their corporate dossiers on the day of the event to discover their assigned industry (FinTech, Automobile, Tech, FMCG, Renewable Energy, etc.) and receive equal starting capital.
Phase 2 & 3: Bid & Disrupt (The Live Auction)
- Compete in open, high-stakes bidding for cross-industry assets. Teams will have access to unique, limited-use tactical mechanics to influence bidding, disrupt competitors, and shift market dynamics.
Phase 4: Defend (The Final Pitch)
- The Top 7 teams with the highest overall Corporate Value Scores advance to the final pitch round. Finalists get 5 minutes to defend their portfolio, strategic decisions, and future roadmap before an expert judging panel to decide the Top 3 winners.
Eligibility & Team Rules
- Team Size: 2 to 5 members per team.
- Format: Single-day, offline simulation (3–4 hours).
- Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines.
- Cross-college and cross-specialization teams are allowed.
