Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Establish clear priorities across front-end and back-end teams, balancing business urgency with service commitments.
Track production performance against planned schedules, address execution gaps, and proactively mitigate fulfillment risks.
Align indent schedules with production capacity, material readiness, and brand priorities to ensure timely order execution.
Review SKU consumption and demand trends to optimize buffer levels, improve availability, and minimize excess inventory.
Conduct weekly reviews, one-on-one discussions, and boutique visits to capture feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.
Drive 100% Brand Satisfaction Score through proactive communication, effective coordination, and consistent service delivery.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics, track progress against targets, review operational data, and drive data-driven decision-making and timely corrective actions.
Lead predictive analytics projects to improve demand visibility and planning accuracy, while identifying process gaps and implementing sustainable improvements.

Requirements:

BE / B.Tech and any Degree Production, Industrial, or related Engineering
0–2 years of experience in supply chain/demand planning, preferably in retail, jewelry, or luxury.
Proven experience in inventory optimization, replenishment planning, and DDP alignment.
Track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results in availability metrics.
