TE Connectivity is hiring for the role of Engineering Development Associate (Rotation Program) - India!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation and validation.
- Apply data-driven problem solving to improve products, processes, and business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
- Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze technical challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions.
- Present project results, insights, and recommendations to engineering and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a highly regarded university.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
- Practical experience with CAD tools in design or product development, complemented by knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) simulation.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and data analytics.
- Fluent English a must
