Drive business development initiatives to foster growth. Oversee operations and ensure smooth execution of strategies. Develop and implement overall business strategy. Gain deep customer and market understanding to inform product and business decisions. Guide the product from its development phase through to launch and sustained growth. Requirements: We are seeking a highly motivated female co-founder with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in building a company long-term. The ideal candidate will possess: A background from a Tier-1 university (e.g., IIT/IIM) or equivalent strong professional/startup experience. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated interest or experience in fundraising. A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and make critical decisions.
