About Plantenium: Plantenium is a curated travel and experiences company specializing in Thailand, Dubai, and other Asia-Pacific destinations. We build hassle-free, memorable travel packages for modern travelers and are growing a young, driven remote team across marketing, sales, and operations. About the Internship: We're hiring a Marketing & Sales Intern to help grow Plantenium's customer base by promoting travel packages, engaging with prospective travelers, and converting conversations into confirmed bookings. This is a hands-on, target-driven role where your effort translates directly into your earnings. Performance-based ₹1,000 stipend on successful closure of 5 confirmed customer orders within the 30-day internship, PLUS 4% commission on margin for every sale, uncapped, earned from your very first booking regardless of stipend status Roles and Responsibilities: Promote Plantenium's travel packages across social media and personal networks. Identify and reach out to prospective travelers and leads. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant travel packages. Build and nurture relationships with leads through to confirmed booking. Create or share engaging content to boost visibility and reach. Maintain a log of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Report weekly progress to the Plantenium team. Skills Required: Communication, Social Media Marketing, Sales, Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, Content Creation Who Can Apply: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any stream. Great communication and people skills. Social media savvy with a creative mindset. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive. Genuine passion for travel and helping others plan trips. Reliable internet connection and a smartphone or laptop. Able to commit for at least 30 days with flexible hours.
