Roles & Responsibilitiies: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues. Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing. Validate new features before production release. Create and maintain test documentation and bug reports. Ensure software meets business and technical requirements. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Suggest improvements to testing processes and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 0–1years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (Freshers with strong testing knowledge are encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case creation, and bug reporting. Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman and SQL queries is preferred. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
