Opportunity brief
About the Internship: This isn't a typical internship. We're building a startup, and we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy startups, talking to people, selling, experimenting, and learning new things. You'll work directly with the founders, get real responsibility, and see how a startup actually builds sales and growth from the ground up. No boring internship work. No just-follow-orders culture. We work together, learn together, and share our wins and losses together. You'll get hands-on exposure to: Sales Business Development Lead Generation Customer Conversations Growth Your responsibilities will grow as you grow. What You'll Do: Speak with potential customers and understand their needs. Make 60–80 calls per day as part of your prospecting and learning. Research companies and identify potential customers. Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Qualify prospects and identify genuine opportunities. Book meetings and create sales opportunities. Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline. Join customer calls and learn how real SaaS sales work. Work directly with founders on sales and GTM experiments. Try new messaging, campaigns, and growth ideas. Use AI tools and automation to make sales and prospecting more efficient. Learn how to turn a cold prospect into a real customer conversation. Take ownership of projects instead of waiting for someone to tell you every next step. AI-First Environment: If you're genuinely interested in AI, automation, SaaS, and startups , you'll have a lot of fun here. You'll not only learn how to sell an AI product — you'll learn how AI can be used to improve the entire sales process. You'll experiment with AI for: Research → Lead Generation → Prospecting → Outreach → Personalization → Follow-ups → Qualification → Automation The goal is to help you become someone who knows how to sell + how to use AI to sell better. Ownership > Everything: High ownership is the only goal. You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to know everything. But when something is assigned to you, we expect you to own it. If you win a great customer, we celebrate together. If something fails, we figure it out together. If an experiment doesn't work, we learn from it and try again. We share wins and losses as a team. Nobody is expected to have all the answers. We want people who are willing to think, ask questions, experiment, and take responsibility. Who You'll Love This Role If: You might be a great fit if: You enjoy talking to people . You genuinely like having conversations. You're comfortable picking up the phone and calling someone you've never spoken to. You have some interest in sales, growth, startups, AI, or technology . You enjoy figuring things out. You're curious and love learning. You like trying new things. You want to work closely with founders. You enjoy a fast-moving startup environment. You bring good energy and don't take yourself too seriously. If you love talking, you'll probably love this. If you enjoy meeting new people and having conversations, that's a huge plus. Sales isn't about forcing someone to buy something. It's about understanding people, asking good questions, and solving real problems. Must Have: Your own reliable laptop/desktop suitable for daily sales work, CRM, video calls, and AI tools. Stable, high-speed internet connection. A reasonably quiet environment for making calls and attending meetings. Good verbal and written communication. Willingness to make calls and speak with prospects every day. Experience: Experience is NOT mandatory. Freshers and students are welcome. You don't need to have previous sales experience. We're much more interested in: Attitude + Curiosity + Communication + Ownership + Willingness to Learn If you've previously done sales, business development, calling, internships, college entrepreneurship, or anything similar, that's a bonus. Uncapped Performance Incentives: We believe great performance should be rewarded. You'll have uncapped performance-based incentives tied to your contribution and results. There is no artificial ceiling on what you can earn based on your performance. The better you perform, the more you can earn. What You'll Learn in 6 Months: By the end of the internship, you'll have practical exposure to: Cold Calling → Lead Generation → Prospecting → Qualification → Customer Conversations → Demos → Follow-ups → Pipeline Management → Sales → AI Automation → GTM & Growth Our goal is simple: You should be 5X more capable than when you started. Not because you attended training sessions. Because you actually did the work. Potential Full-Time Opportunity: This internship can be more than just a 6-month learning experience. If you perform exceptionally well and demonstrate strong ownership, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role with us after the internship. Full-time opportunities will be based on: Performance and results Ownership and initiative Learning and growth Communication and teamwork Overall contribution to the company Business requirements at the time Do great work. Grow with us. Build with us. We'd love for our best interns to eventually become part of the full-time team. How We Work: We're a startup. Things move fast. Some ideas will work. Some will fail spectacularly. Some calls will be awkward. Some conversations will turn into amazing opportunities. That's startup life. We don't want a super-formal corporate environment where everyone is afraid to speak. We want people who can: Work hard → Learn fast → Have fun → Help each other → Win together. There is no unnecessary pressure to be perfect. Own your work, enjoy the process, and keep getting better. This Is For You If: You see yourself saying: "I actually enjoy talking to people." "I want to learn sales." "I want to understand how startups grow." "AI and automation genuinely interest me." "I want to work directly with founders." "I don't mind experimenting and making mistakes." "I want to take ownership." If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. One Last Thing: This isn't an internship where you spend six months doing random tasks just to add something to your resume. You'll be doing real work, talking to real customers, using real tools, and contributing to a real startup. You'll have targets, but you won't be treated like a number. You'll have responsibility, but you'll have the founders and team around you. You'll have tough days, but you'll celebrate the wins together. And hopefully, have a lot of fun while doing it. Come curious. Come hungry. Come ready to talk. Let's build.
