Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners and customers through calls, messages, and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer needs, explain relevant education products and services, and guide prospects through the enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow up consistently, and move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering a professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with counselling, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead conversion and resolve customer queries.
- Share regular updates on conversations, conversions, objections, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Applicants with 1–6 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, counselling, or a related customer-facing role are welcome.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and clearly present the value of education products.
- Comfort working with targets, customer relationship tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting.
- A proactive, organized, and resilient approach to handling multiple leads.
- This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Kolkata, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000–₹30,000 plus incentives.
