About the Company
Antra Vinus Music Pvt Ltd operates in the event management and entertainment space, creating engaging experiences and building strong business relationships. We are looking for an energetic Event Management Executive to support sales and business development initiatives in Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities for event management services.
- Understand client requirements, prepare suitable proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-ups, support negotiations, track leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Assist with event planning, execution, and post-event client engagement when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and conversions.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, event management, client servicing, or a related field; freshers may apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in events, entertainment, sales, and customer-facing business development activities.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, with a fixed compensation of ₹30,000 per month.
