Responsibilities
- Manage daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, short-form copy, and basic campaign content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers on creatives, reels, and platform-specific assets.
- Respond to direct messages and comments while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor platform trends, recommend content ideas, support basic Meta advertising, and optimize boosted posts.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly or monthly social media reports.
Requirements
- Freshers with a strong interest in social media marketing are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, social media trends, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or boosted posts and familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of video and reels creation, Canva, or influencer collaborations will be advantageous.
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida Sector 63, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹24,000.
