Responsibility
- Audit & Accounting:Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance assignments . Support in audit planning, execution, and finalization of audit reports . Assist in preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards . Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers
- Taxation & Compliance : Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR), TDS returns, and GST returns ● Support in handling notices, assessments, and basic compliance requirements ● Assist in maintaining statutory records and compliance documentation
- Client Handling & Professional Support : Coordinate with clients for collection of financial data and supporting documents .Assist senior team members in resolving client queries under supervision . Support in conducting internal audits and process reviews
- Documentation & Reporting : Prepare working papers, schedules, and reports for audit and accounting assignments .Ensure proper maintenance of files and documentation as per firm standards
- Learning & Professional Development :Actively participate in training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing discussions. Stay updated with amendments in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirement
Requirements
- Registered / Eligible for Articleship under the Chartered Accountants Act
- Cleared CA Intermediate (as applicable)
- Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and taxation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
