Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and maintain quantity measurements, bills, invoices, and payment documentation for construction and painting works.
- Review BOQs, work orders, rate analyses, subcontractor bills, material records, and client measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors to reconcile quantities and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Track project variations, extra items, deductions, advances, retention, and work progress for timely commercial reporting.
- Maintain organized billing records and support audits, monthly reconciliations, and project cost monitoring.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, billing engineering, or project commercial coordination.
- Working knowledge of construction measurements, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contractor billing.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, documentation skills, and coordination ability.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and standard billing or project documentation processes is preferred.
- Applicants should be comfortable working from Hyderabad and collaborating with on-site teams.

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a face-to-face interview round.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Hyderabad, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000.
