Role Overview: As a Functional Demo Intern, you will work alongside our solutions and business development team to demonstrate ERP.You will learn how to understand a client's business process, map it to ERP modules, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. This is a hands-on role — you will work on real product instances, real client scenarios, and real demos. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstration to prospective clients. Create demo environments with sample data tailored to client industries (lending, manufacturing, trading, services). Understand client requirements during pre-sales discovery calls and map them to ERP modules. Prepare presentation decks, demo scripts, and use-case documents for different verticals. Support the functional consultant team in preparing functional requirement documents (FRDs). Answer first-level functional queries from prospects over email and calls. Maintain demo instance configurations. Research competitor products and prepare comparison matrices for prospects. Document demo feedback and help improve demo flows based on client responses. What You Will Learn End-to-end ERP modules — Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, HR, Manufacturing, & CRM. Functional process — discovery, demo, proposal, & objection handling. How to set up and configure a live ERP. Real client interactions under mentorship. Skills & Qualifications: Basic understanding of accounting, ERP systems, or business processes (from academics or projects). Good communication skills - English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, & Telugu. Ability to learn software tools quickly — hands-on with computers. Presentation skills — comfortable making slides and presenting to a small audience. Self-driven with attention to detail. Good to Have (Not Mandatory): Prior exposure to any ERP software — SAP, Tally, Odoo, ERP. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Frappe framework.
