Volunteer Opportunity at Saraathi About Saraathi Saraathi is a free and anonymous peer support platform for people who feel they are carrying life's challenges alone. We are building a community where people can come, connect and openly share what they are going through. It is a safe space where anyone can anonymously talk about their feelings, experiences and personal challenges without fear of judgement. Saraathi connects people with someone who has faced similar experiences, helping them feel heard, supported and understood. People can find support for stress, loneliness, heartbreak, family concerns, career challenges and personal struggles. At its heart, Saraathi believes that sometimes the biggest support is simply finding someone who can say, "I have been there too." Saraathi is a social initiative created to ensure that no one has to face difficult situations alone. About the Volunteer Opportunity We are inviting volunteers who want to contribute their time, skills and ideas to help Saraathi grow. You can join us based on your interests, experience and availability. You do not need to be an expert. What matters most is your willingness to learn, take ownership and build something meaningful. You can manage this volunteer role along with your existing job, studies, internship, business or other responsibilities. There are no fixed working hours. You can contribute based on the time you are able to give. However, we expect volunteers to take responsibility for the work they choose and complete it sincerely. Areas You Can Work In You can contribute in one or more of the following areas: Marketing and brand building Content writing Social media management Graphic design Video creation and editing Community building and management Public, college and corporate outreach Partnerships and collaborations Human resources and volunteer management Research Event and campaign planning Public relations and communication Website and technology development Product design and user experience Operations and data management You will have the freedom to explore different roles and try working in any field that interests you. What You Will Do Your responsibilities will depend on the area you choose. You may be expected to: Take ownership of assigned tasks or projects Share ideas that can help Saraathi grow Work with other volunteers and team members Complete agreed tasks within a reasonable time Communicate clearly about your work and progress Help Saraathi reach and support more people Who Can Apply You can apply if you are a student, working professional, freelancer, business owner or someone looking to gain practical experience. No specific degree or work experience is required. We are looking for people who are responsible, willing to learn and ready to take ownership.
