Opportunity brief
About Saraathi: Saraathi is a free and anonymous peer support platform for people who feel they are carrying life's challenges alone. We are building a safe community where people can openly share their feelings, experiences, and personal struggles without fear of judgment. Saraathi connects people with someone who has faced similar experiences, helping them feel heard, understood, and less alone. At its heart, Saraathi believes that sometimes the biggest support is simply finding someone who can say, "I have been there too." About the Internship: Do you enjoy writing blogs, creating social media posts, developing video scripts, speaking in front of the camera, or turning ideas into engaging visual content? We are looking for creative and enthusiastic individuals who can help Saraathi communicate its purpose through meaningful and relatable stories. You can create content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including reels, short-form videos, long-form videos, blogs, scripts, and awareness campaigns. You can also contribute by designing visual content using Adobe tools, Canva, or any other design platform you are comfortable with. You do not need to be skilled in every format. You can choose the area you enjoy most and experiment with new forms of content while working on a real social cause. Responsibilities of the Intern: Write blogs, social media posts, captions, and video scripts. Create reels, short-form videos, and long-form videos. Speak in front of the camera for awareness and storytelling videos. Design visual posts using Adobe, Canva, or other creative tools. Develop fresh ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Create relatable content around emotions, relationships, stress, loneliness, and personal challenges. Support awareness campaigns and help Saraathi connect with more people. Work with the team to plan and execute content from scratch. Requirements: No specific degree or previous experience is required. Enjoy creating content, be open to learning, and take responsibility for the work you choose. You can apply even if you are comfortable with only one area, such as writing, designing, video creation, or speaking in front of the camera. Benefits: Certificate for your contribution. Experience working on a real social cause. Opportunity to build content and campaigns from scratch. Freedom to explore writing, designing, video creation, and other creative fields. Real work that you can add to your portfolio. Chance to become part of a meaningful and growing team. Time Commitment: You can manage this internship alongside your college, job, studies, or other responsibilities. There are no fixed working hours, but you will be expected to take ownership and complete the agreed work on time.
