Welcome to Blueprint to Reality, the flagship startup and venture pitch challenge organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering as part of VISVA-TECH '26 at Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (SATI), Vidisha!
Engineers don't just write code or build circuits—they create the future. This national pitch challenge is designed to give student innovators, software developers, hardware builders, and researchers a platform to transition their academic projects, IoT systems, AI apps, and deep-tech blueprints into commercial, scalable ventures.
Whether you have an early-stage conceptual blueprint with a 3D model, a working SaaS prototype, or a functional hardware device, Blueprint to Reality offers the stage to pitch directly to industry mentors, investors, and expert faculty judges!
Focus Tracks & Categories
Submissions are open across four core innovation tracks:
- ️ Hardware & Deep Tech Innovation: IoT systems, robotics, biomedical devices, smart grids, electrical automation, consumer electronics.
- SaaS, AI & Digital Platforms: Enterprise software, Generative AI tools, mobile apps, Web3/FinTech, cyber safety tools.
- Green Tech & Sustainability: Clean energy, EV battery management, waste reduction, carbon action, smart agriculture.
- Open Innovation: Any tech-driven solution tackling pressing societal, industrial, or educational problems.
Competition Stages & Format
Round 1: Online Pitch Deck & Business Executive Summary (Elimination Round)
- Mode: Fully Online on Unstop
- Deadline: September 8, 2026 (11:59 PM IST)
- Requirement: Submit a 5–7 slide Pitch Deck (PDF format, max 10MB) detailing the problem statement, technical solution, market feasibility, and team roadmap.
Round 2: On-Campus Live Pitch & Prototype Booth (Sept 13, 2026)
- Venue: Seminar Hall & Central Foyer, SATI Vidisha
- Format:
- Live Elevator Pitch: 5-minute slide deck presentation + 3-minute Q&A with jury.
- Interactive Booth Exhibition: Prototype/poster stall to showcase live software demos or hardware models to visitors and judges.
Registration & Hospitality Pass
- ️ Participation Pass Fee: ₹150 per participant

- Full entry to pitch in Round 2 before the jury panel.

Eligibility & Guidelines
- Team Size: 1 to 4 members per team (Interdisciplinary teams welcome).
- Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate engineering/technology/science students across all branches.
- Stage: Ideas can range from early conceptual blueprints with working software/3D models to fully built hardware prototypes.
