As an HR & IT Recruitment Intern, you will gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment coordination, and Business Development while working with a remote team. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for various IT positions. Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records. Communicate with candidates and hiring teams. Assist with lead generation and business outreach activities. Conduct basic market and competitor research. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and daily activity records. Coordinate with internal teams to support hiring requirements.
