General Manager Intern (Marketing & Sales) Pilomation is a cutting-edge software company specializing in creating next-generation AI products and solutions. Role Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth. Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development teams to achieve organizational objectives. Analyze sales performance, marketing campaign results, and customer engagement metrics. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Support the development of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review. Assist in managing sales pipelines, business development activities, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas to support company growth. Help streamline processes, optimize workflows, and improve team productivity. Support management in business forecasting, goal setting, and performance evaluation activities. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications: Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Operations, Strategy, Commerce, Economics, or a related field , with an expected graduation year in 2026, 2027, or 2028 . Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools. Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus. Basic understanding of business analytics, reporting tools, and performance dashboards. Ability to create reports, presentations, and business documentation. Management, Marketing & Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies. Knowledge of lead generation, sales funnel management, and business growth techniques. Understanding of customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Ability to analyze business data and recommend strategic improvements. Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and business planning. Understanding of organizational management and operational workflows. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Ability to coordinate teams and drive initiatives toward achieving business goals. Strong decision-making and strategic thinking abilities. Adaptability and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities. Experience: Prior internship, project experience, leadership position, or practical exposure in marketing, sales, business development, management, operations, or customer acquisition is preferred. Experience in team leadership, campaign management, sales coordination, or organizational management is an advantage.
