Job Description
Oceancore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and skilled DFT (Design for Testability) Engineers to join our semiconductor engineering team. Candidates should have strong knowledge of DFT methodologies, scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and implement DFT architecture and methodologies.
- Perform scan insertion and scan chain stitching.
- Work on ATPG pattern generation and fault simulation.
- Analyze and improve fault coverage.
- Perform DFT rule checking (DRC) and resolve violations.
- Work on scan compression and test coverage optimization.
- Debug and resolve DFT-related issues.
- Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams.
- Support post-silicon testing and debug activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Electronics and VLSI fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in DFT implementation.
- Knowledge of Scan Insertion and Scan Chain Architecture.
- Experience with ATPG and Fault Models.
- Knowledge of Stuck-at and Transition Fault Testing.
- Familiarity with DFT tools such as Siemens Tessent, Synopsys DFT Compiler, or Cadence Modus.
- Understanding of Scan Compression, JTAG, and MBIST.
- Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of relevant DFT experience.
- Candidates who completed their graduation in 2023 or earlier are eligible.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant project experience are preferred.
