About the Company
NYB Infotech is seeking a customer-focused Telecaller to support banking-sector outreach and customer communication. This is a work-from-office opportunity based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain relevant banking products and services clearly.
- Follow up with customers, maintain professional communication, and respond to queries appropriately.
- Record call outcomes accurately and keep customer information updated in the system.
- Work toward assigned calling targets and contribute positively to team goals.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and helpful customer support.
Requirements
- Female candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
- Excellent verbal communication, convincing ability, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and accurate data-entry ability.
- A customer-focused attitude, positive approach, and willingness to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office during the scheduled 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift.
