NTT DATA Services is hiring for the role of Payroll Senior Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle India Payroll operations and manage employee payroll-related queries via ticketing tools. - Resolve employees' salary and income tax queries through tickets, emails, and calls within agreed SLAs. - Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams including Payroll, HR, and SAP Time Entry teams to resolve discrepancies. - Provide active coordination and operational support for the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process. - Maintain adherence to scheduled shifts (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST) and support weekend operations when required by business needs.
Requirements:
- Commerce graduate with English as a compulsory subject. - 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and handling India Payroll. - Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll workflows and Indian income tax rules and statutory compliance. - Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
