Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels. Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication. Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information. Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Participate in team meetings and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability. Help organize and facilitate virtual recruitment events. Requirements Strong interest in human resources and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and tools. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Candidates should be available for a 3 to 6 month commitment.
