Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute campus outreach strategies to promote MyCaptain programs. Organize and conduct information sessions, workshops, and events on college campuses. Build and maintain strong relationships with student bodies, faculty, and university administration. Identify and recruit student ambassadors to represent MyCaptain on their respective campuses. Manage and nurture a community of student ambassadors, providing them with support and resources. Gather feedback from students and campus stakeholders to improve program offerings and outreach efforts. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at student audiences. Track and report on the effectiveness of campus engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve student acquisition targets. Contribute to the overall growth and brand presence of MyCaptain within educational institutions. Requirements : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Strong interest in education, student engagement, and community building. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional Communication Skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, faculty, and university officials, ensuring clear and persuasive messaging about MyCaptain's offerings. Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in Community Engagement will be crucial for building and nurturing student ambassador programs and fostering a positive campus presence. A high level of Enthusiasm and proactive attitude is expected to drive outreach initiatives and inspire student participation. Proficiency in Sales Promotion Management will be valuable in effectively marketing MyCaptain's programs and achieving student enrollment goals.
