Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and support needs within assigned campuses. Organize and promote MyCaptain workshops, webinars, and events on campus to drive student engagement. Collaborate with student clubs and organizations to identify potential partnerships and outreach opportunities. Gather feedback from students and campus stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in MyCaptain's offerings. Assist in the development and execution of campus-specific marketing and recruitment strategies. Represent MyCaptain at campus career fairs and informational sessions. Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and the MyCaptain team. Contribute to the growth and expansion of the MyCaptain network across educational institutions. Support the onboarding process for new student participants and program ambassadors. Maintain accurate records of campus activities, student interactions, and feedback. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Skills and Qualifications: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for engaging with students and faculty effectively. Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campus initiatives simultaneously. Exhibit a proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and promoting educational opportunities.
